Child Safety Standards

Last Updated: March 9, 2026

Zemio Labs Ltd, the company behind Ohh, is committed to child safety. We have a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) content of any kind. Any content or behaviour that sexualises, exploits, or endangers minors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the relevant authorities.

Platform Design

Ohh is designed for use between people who already know each other — friends, partners, and close connections. The app does not support public content discovery, anonymous interactions, or connections between strangers. Users must explicitly invite the people they connect with, which significantly limits exposure to unknown or harmful actors.

Reporting

Users can report child safety concerns at any time by contacting us at support@zemiolabs.com. All reports are reviewed promptly. Where required by law, we report to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate fully with regional and national authorities.

In-App Reporting

Ohh allows users to report child safety concerns directly within the app. Reports are reviewed by Zemio Labs Ltd and acted upon in accordance with applicable law and platform policy.

Legal Compliance

Zemio Labs Ltd complies with all applicable child safety laws across the jurisdictions in which Ohh operates, including but not limited to the UK Online Safety Act, EU Digital Services Act, and US PROTECT Act. We are committed to ongoing review of our safety practices and will update our standards as requirements evolve.

Contact

For any child safety concerns, please contact our designated point of contact at support@zemiolabs.com. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
